Which do prefer, realistic art or art as alteration or distorted art?

For me i think DISTORTED ART because REALISTIC and ALTERNATION are harder than DISTORTED ART because of the original shape or other characteristic of an object, image, sound, waveform or other form of information or representation of the art. Distorted is a change of reality's depiction, altering it in a way that one is able to still recognize the item itself, but, notice it is changed in some manner. 

How ever the REALISTIC ART is an art that takes as its subject real objects, scenes, events, people and situations that exist in the world, and attempts to render them mostly as they actually are to our visual sense, as well as to our emotion and mind.

Even the ALTERNATION. A rarely discussed design tool, alternation can sometimes be the very method you need for MOVING the viewer's eye through your painting, or making dull areas interesting.

Alternation is a type of repetition the only difference is that what's repeated is a pair of contrasting elements, not a single element.

PSAAL !!

Well it is the first in LAGUNA that have an activity all privet school that well be happened in LYCEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES LAGUNA. For me that day is a nice day for me because its like an intrams. The theme is "PSAAL" means Private School Athletic Association LAGUNA.



This my drawing even i hate basketball i choice this because i think many people love this game.  Basketball is a team sport, the objective being to shoot a ball through a basket horizontally positioned to score points while following a set of rules. Usually, two teams of five players play on a marked rectangular court with a basket at each width end. Basketball is one of the world's most popular and widely viewed sports.

Well even theirs have many sport LIKE volleyball, table tennis, football, chess and etc. all this is sport. Sport  is all forms of competitive physical activity which, through casual or organised participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and provide entertainment to participants. Hundreds of sports exist, from those requiring only two participants, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous participants, either in teams of competing as individuals.

The Most Influential Era of Arts and Design!!

                                          The Renaissance and The Last supper 

 
      I chose The Renaissance as the most influential
                        era of arts and design.
First  these period roughly from the 14th to the 17th century, beginning in Italy.
The Renaissance was a cultural movement that profoundly affected European intellectual life in the early modern period. During the Renaissance, money and art went hand in hand. Artists depended totally on patrons while the patrons needed money to sustain geniuses.

 The Last Supper is the final meal that, according to CHRISTIAN belief, JESUS shared with his APOSTLES in JERUSALEM before his CRUCIFIXION.

I chose this period as the most influential era of arts and design simply because this arts or painting reflect that The Last Supper is one of the earthly life of Jesus Christ that are recorded in the Bible. This description of the last meal Jesus Christ had with his disciples prior to his arrest and crucifixion on a roman cross about 2,000 years ago. It is contains many significant principles, and continues to be important part of CHRISTIAN lives throughout the word.


That's way The "Last Supper" does not appear in the NEW TESTAMENT. However, the  traditionally, many Christians refer to the New Testament accounts of the last meal Jesus shared with his disciples as the Last Supper. The Last Supper was likely a retelling of the events of the last meal of Jesus among the EARLY CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY, and became a ritual which recounted that meal. I also learned that this Art was a dramatic painting for me.

Mona Lisa !!

Mona Lisa is quite possibly the most well-known piece of painted artwork in the entire world. It was painted by the infamous Leonardo Da Vinci, an Italian artist.

Leonardo Da Vinci was an Italian Renaissance polymath a painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and lastly writer. His genius perhaps more than that of many other figure, epitomized the Renaissance humanist ideal.Leonardo has often been described as the archetype of Renaissance Man, a man of " Unquenchable curiosity" and " feverishly inventive imagination".

Leonardo was renowned as primarily as a Painter. Among his works, The Mona Lisa is the most famous and most parodied portrait.

 It is perhaps the most studied piece of artwork ever known. The subject’s facial expression has brought about a source of debate for centuries, as her face remains largely enigmatic in the portrait. Originally commissioned in Italy, it is now at home in the French Republic, and hangs on display in the Louvre in Paris.

It is unusual in that most paintings are commissioned as oil on canvas, but the cottonwood panel is part of what has attributed  to the frame of the painting. because of the medium used for the image, The Mina Lisa has survived for six centuries without ever having been restored trait very unusual when considering the time period of the piece.

Mona Lisa Gherardini was born on 15th june 1479, in Florence, in a small house on the corner between via Sguzza and via Maggio, which her father Antonmaria rented by Ciovanbattista Corbinelli.
In April 1494, Gherardini family moved to via Pepi, near vai Ghibellina and the house of ser piero da Vinci, famous notary and fater of Leonardo da vinci. A year later, in March 1495, Mona Lisa married Franceso de Giocondo, a rich silk merchant of Florence, and moved into his building in via della strufa, near Sant'Orsola Convent and San Lorenz Church.

Lisa had six children, three sons and tree daughters : Piero, Piera Camilla, Marietta, andrea and Giocondo, but Piera lived only two years, Camilla 19 and giocondo one month. Francesco del Giocondo died in Florence in 1538 and he was buried in the family tomd, built by himself into a Chapel behind the High Altra of SS Annunziata church. After Francesco's death, Lisa retired into Sant'Orsola convent, where there was the daughter suor Ludovica, and where she died was Burried on 15th july 1542. Giuseppe Pallanti

Things to do to enhance creativity.

Week : 10

Creativity is generally regarded as desirable, and something to be enhanced.

Its commonly thought of as a personality trait that resides within the individual. We count on creative people to produce the songs, movies, and books we love; to invent the new gadgets that can change our lives; and to discover the new scientific theories and philosophies that can change the way we view the world. Over the past several years, however, social psychologists have discovered that creativity is not only a characteristic of the individual, but may also change depending on the situation and context.

                    Make Time for Creativity You won't be able to develop your creative talents if you don't make time for them. Schedule some time each week to concentrate on some type of creative project.

Enjoy the PROCESS of creation.

Do not focus on the result. The secret and ecstasy of creating is being in the flow, of losing yourself in the process. If you constantly break the flow to check to how the final result will look to others, to ask yourself, "Will it sell?" "Will it win?"    you will subvert the process and possibly damage your creation.

For me being deeply involved in creative activity is the one of the most enjoyable experiences we human beings can have. Why because it allows us to put something back into the pot of my life, to give something of value to others. For me many people, though, creativity seems mysterious and out of reach a gift given to some people and not to others. Because it is not a rare gift, but a quite understandable process one that any of us can use to enhance our enjoyment of my life.

At its start. Blogging was mainly a platform for personal expression. A blog or a web log was meant to be an online dairy. Journal or Log for those who wanted to express themselves online. It it has now emerged as one of the most powerful means of sharing information on the internet.
Blogging has emerged a specialized industry in itself & is increasingly being used by individuals & enterprises alike for establishing 7 enhancing their online presence.

Effect of new Media on Me

Will most of people accept the new media can influence people. But the degree of that influence, Who is most-impacted, when, how and why, Media effects refers to the many ways individuals and society may

be influenced by both news and entertainment mass media, including film, television, radio, newspapers,

books, magazines, websites, video games, and music.

While the media are often criticized for their harmful effects, media can also be a positive avenue for
learning and persuasion. Many studies from around the world have shown the positive effects  of new media.

 The effect of new media for me is, there are the times that i spend my whole day  in  computer, watching television, computer games and etc. that way including accessible online publishing software and evolving mobile device technology,  


Media may also have the negative impact of promoting cultural, racial or gender biases, either through
stereotyping roles and behaviors or the under or over-representation of minority characters. However,
some research has also shown that by familiarizing individuals with groups other than themselves, the
media may also provide positive learning opportunities.
